Please note that P&P items are all handmade to order. We aim to post orders out after 5 working days (Monday - Friday) of an order being placed, however dispatch times can vary depending on the product ordered. Please note personalised blankets and bundles will be at least an 8 week wait due to demand, but they are worth the wait!

Items are sent via Royal Mail.
International items are sent via Royal Mail or Fedex, always tracked and a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email.
Delivery costs are £3.95 for UK orders, prices vary for international orders. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free international shipping, as all items are sent tracked and usually the cost for international tracked shipping is more than we charge.
Peach & Pooch are now offering a local delivery service for orders over £20. These local areas include: Harrogate and Knaresborough. Local delivery is available for food, as well as all other products.
PLEASE NOTE that this delivery service is contactless - the driver will knock/ring your doorbell, step away from the door and wait to check you have received the order. If you are not going to be in and would prefer us to leave it in a safe place, please let us know as you check out. We cannot be responsible for any items left in your designated safe place.
Every care is taken to make each product perfect for you and your pet, but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is suitable for their pet and to check for daily wear. Machine wash products on a delicate wash setting, preferably in a delicates wash bag and air dry. Do not tumble dry.
Keep a look out for wear and tear to keep your Peach & Pooch looking peachy.
Needless to say, we would like every customer to absolutely love their Peach & Pooch products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt in an unused, new condition with original tags attached for a full refund minus P&P costs to be given. Please note there is a no returns policy on personalised items.
If you would like to change the size of your product, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at . When returning items to Peach & Pooch, you are responsible for postage costs. Please use a tracked system if possible to ensure its safe arrival, as we cannot be responsible for items that are being returned.
Peach & Pooch will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that occurs due to the misuse of Peach & Pooch products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for their pet.
